Warranty Information

CASA Pilates Equipment is an independent retailer of the highest-quality  Pilates equipment. Please view our suppliers' Warranty Terms below. In the event of a warranty or shipping damage claim, please contact our Customer Service Department for help to connect with our suppliers.

MERRITHEW™

Equipment Limited Warranties

The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.

Reformers

  • Professional · Rehab Reformers
    SPX® Max, V2 Max™ (formerly the Professional Reformer), SPX® Max Plus™, V2 Max Plus™ and Rehab V2 Max Plus™ Reformers:
    • Limited lifetime warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar)
  • At Home Reformers
    • Limited lifetime warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar)
    • This warranty shall be null and void if an At Home SPX® Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas or any other type of commercial facility offering fitness services to the public
  • All Reformer models
    • Ninety (90) day limited warranty on fabric and upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty
    • One (1) year limited warranty on wear and tear items, including: ropes, rollers, straps, spring clips, plastic pulley bar receptacle sleeves, Comfort Footbar covering, plastic Reformer feet, spring O-rings, Molded Spring Holder and spring covers
    • Two (2) year limited warranty on all other Reformer components
Reformers Accessories
  • Two (2) year limited warranty on wood components, frames and related welding of Reformer Accessory Boards, including the Jumpboard, Cardio-Tramp® Rebounder, Rotational Diskboard™, Jumpboard, Cross-bow™ and Vinyasa Triangle™
  • Ninety (90) day limited warranty on fabric, upholstery, rubber padding or handles. See below for conditions of warranty.

Cadillac / Trapeze Table · Wall Unit

  • Limited lifetime warranty on vertical bars and overhead frame, components of the frame and related welding
  • Ninety (90) day limited warranty on upholstery
  • One (1) year limited warranty on straps and spring clips
  • Two (2) year limited warranty on all other components

Fitness Circle® Pro

  • Two (2) year limited warranty on Fitness Circle Pro models. Excludes scratches to the finish of the band or molded handles. The Fitness Circle Lite model is sold without warranties or guarantees of any kind. The manufacturer and distributor disclaim any liability, loss or damage caused by its use

Ladder Barrel

  • Limited lifetime warranty on metal frame and related welding

  • Ninety (90) day limited warranty on upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty

  • Two (2) year limited warranty on all other components

Stability Chair™

  • Limited lifetime warranty on metal frame and related welding
  • Ninety (90) day limited warranty on upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty

ELINA PILATES (TRENDING FIT)

The Company warrants that all new equipment is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice, the company will be able to contact you immediately.

This warranty applies to equipment:

While equipment remains in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated

If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.

If upgrades are made as required by the Company

This warranty shall be null and void if:

All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed

The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls

An At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public

The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company

Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wall Board, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.

Commercial Reformer

Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

At Home Reformer

Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar). This warranty shall be null and void if an At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public.

Steel or Wood Combo Chair

Limited Lifetime Warranty on metal frame and related welding.
Ninety (90) Day Limited Warranty on upholstery. See below for conditions of warranty.
Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on all other components.

Ladder Barrel

Fabric & Upholstery on Equipment

Ninety (90) Day Warranty. The fabric or upholstery on TRENDING FIT LLC equipment will be replaced if it fails to give normal wear for 90 days after delivery. Proof of damage may be required.

This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.

TRENDING FIT LLC is a name synonymous with the highest quality and finest manufacturing materials in the industry. PRIVATE PILATES™

  • 2 Year Warranty
    • Goods delivered are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. Main frame has life-warranty. Sportline Pilates shall repair or replace any unit or product or part of such product that proves to be defective within the warranty time period. Company will replace worn out parts & distressed upholstery within the warranty time frame.
    • It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice the company will be able to contact you immediately. Company may reach out if product upgrades are required.
    • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Missing parts fall under warranty. A claim that the order is missing parts must be made within 5 (five) business days of delivery. The warranty applied while equipment remains in the possession of the original owner with a receipt including purchase date.
    • Owners product will be considered null and void from the warranty terms and conditions if the user doesn’t follow maintenance and safety guidelines. This warranty does not apply to user errors. If the equipment is used outdoors, experiences weather damage, improper use, abuse, improper storage conditions, and unforeseen damage. Warranty does not cover possible shipping charges, and/or customs fees.

 

PEAK PILATES (MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC.) 

LIMITED STUDIO LINE WARRANTY

MAD DOGG ATHLETICS, INC. WARRANTS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THAT OUR EQUIPMENT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH REPLACING COVERED COMPONENTS. PART(S) REPAIRED OR REPLACED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE WARRANTIED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY. THIS WARRANTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON THE INVOICE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED PEAK PILATES® DEALER ONLY. PEAK PILATES® RETAINS THE RIGHT TO EITHER REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRICE OF ANY DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

THE FOLLOWING PEAK PILATES® PRODUCTS CARRY A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE FRAME STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS:

BALANCED BODY INC. 

Limited Warranties and Exclusions

Balanced Body warrants and represents that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product. This warranty extends only to the original Buyer. At Balanced Body’s sole option, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by the foregoing warranty. Any return of products to us pursuant to the foregoing warranty are sometimes referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Sale as a “Warranty Return.” In order to make a Warranty Return, you must follow the Warranty Return Procedure below.

Limited Warranties

  • Lifetime Warranty
    • Standard wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A standard frame is defined as a frame that has not been modified or altered from its original specifications by Balanced Body. 
  • 10 Years from date of Invoice
    • Allegro® Reformer frames and footbars, Ladder Barrels, Step Barrels, Wunda Chairs, Combo Chairs, Arm Chairs, Wall Towers, Ped-o-Pull, Springboards, Towers and Foot Correctors. See exclusions below. 
  • 5 Years from date of Invoice
    • Rialto™ Reformer, CoreAlign®, Orbit™, EXO® Chair, Pilates Sport® Reformer and Begin Chair®. See exclusions below. 
  • 3 Year Warranty
    • Custom wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A custom frame is defined as a frame that has been modified or altered from its standard specifications.
  • 2 Years from date of Invoice
    • Pilates IQ® Reformer (for non-commercial use), and moving parts are limited warranty to 2 Years from date of Invoice. Balanced Body Signature Springs™ are also limited warranty to 2 years from date of invoice, or after 3,000 hours of usage (whichever comes first).
  • 1 Year from date of Invoice
    • Wood storage furniture, rotator discs, oversized standing platforms, BAC disc set, Spring Circle, Flex Ring Toner®, Balanced Board, Pilates Arc™, Arc Lite™, CoreFitnessRoller®, MOTR®, Bodhi Suspension System®, Konnector®, Konnector® Lite, Oov and Sitting Box Lite. 
  • 90 Day Warranty
    • Ultra-Fit Circle® and Slastix™.
