CASA Pilates is shipping directly from the most reputable Pilates equipment manufacturers, hereby guaranteeing the fastest delivery times in the industry. Published shipping charges apply to deliveries in the continental U.S. only. Please contact us for a shipping quote for all other locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases outside the U.S.
Pilates Equipment Shipping Times
Most high-quality Pilates equipment is made-to-order. With reduced production capacities and an extremely increased order volume due to COVID-19, our manufacturing partners are currently estimating the following times from placing your order to shipping:

- Align-Pilates: 4-8 weeks
- Peak Pilates: 6-8 weeks for Casa reformer (All other Peak products have currently extended lead times. Please inquire for details by model.)
- IMX: 4-6 weeks
- Merrithew: 6-8 weeks
- BASI Systems: 6-10 weeks (12+ weeks for custom color upholstery)
- Flexia: 4-12 weeks
- Elina Pilates: 8-12+ weeks
- Jay Hart Custom Designs: 8-12 weeks
Equipment with custom upholstery is made-to-order with minimum production times of 90 days, followed by the shipping time from manufacturers to their U.S. warehouses.

Pilates equipment manufacturers are strongly affected by production delays due to supply chain disruptions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. CASA Pilates, our suppliers, and/or our logistics carrier partners cannot be held responsible for or make compensation for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include shipping company delays, customs or border clearance delays, inclement weather, and natural disasters.
Shipping Payment Terms
Shipping is paid at time of order at the price displayed and charged at order checkout. Should any charges accrue following issuance of invoice and payment by Buyer, Buyer agrees that such charges, are immediately due and payable by Buyer unless CASA Pilates Equipment has agreed in writing to other terms. For shipments to destinations other than in the United States, Buyer is solely responsible for payment of any and all shipping, freight and delivery charges, sales taxes, import fees and duties, value added taxes and any other charge incident to Buyer’s receipt of our products.
Freight Shipment Policy
Within the Continental U.S. & Canada
Standard delivery for Pilates equipment is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.
Our separate Pilates Equipment Unpacking and Assembly Service is offered in most markets in the continental U.S. We will schedule the technicians for this optional service as soon as you notified us that you received your equipment. Please email us at email@example.com.
Large equipment is shipped by either air or ground via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box and secured to a wooden skid.
Curbside delivery is a lift gate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.
The customer is responsible for coordinating the delivery with the shipper. Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges.
If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee and storage fees might apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid these additional costs, please let us know at time of order and prior to shipping if you are unable to accept your delivery during specific dates.
Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions, i.e. narrow passageways will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote may be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.
While this is our typical service level, each level can be customized to create a home delivery solution that meets your needs. The shippers are not Pilates technicians; they are not qualified to assemble your new apparatus.
International and Overseas Shipments
Published shipping charges apply to deliveries in the continental U.S. only. Please contact us for a shipping quote for all other locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases outside the U.S.
Standard quoted shipping options include Ocean Freight to nearest port or Air Freight to nearest airport. Door-to-door delivery is usually available for your order. Please contact us for details and charges at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Local Customs & Duties Outside Canada & USA
Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the buyer is receiving the goods. Your Obligations at Delivery
UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AND NOTE ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE OUTER BOX/SKID ON THE CARRIER'S WAYBILL PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.
If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.
WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR ORDER THAT IS NOT REPORTED AND NOTED ON THE WAYBILL.
If you have paid for Curbside Delivery:
- You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.
- The driver will deliver your shipment as close to your building as possible with the delivery truck.

If you have paid for Premier Delivery (available in the U.S. only):
- You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.
- The driver will come prepared to unpack your shipment, carry it inside, and leave it in the room of your choice.
- The driver will take away the packaging materials.
- Additional charges apply for stairs, extra waiting time and unsuccessful attempts to deliver.
Acceptance of Shipment
Warranty & Damage Claims
Acceptance and Returns. Each shipment shall be deemed accepted by Buyer upon Buyer’s receipt thereof. We will mediate your claims for repair or replacement with the equipment manufacturer, including any non-returnable item, delivered to Buyer in damaged condition, provided that Buyer reports such damage within 24 hours of delivery and further provided that Buyer follow the manufacturer's claims procedures.
ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT OR MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ONE (1) DAY OF RECEIPT.
If your product is missing parts, defective, or damaged during transport, email CASA Pilates at email@example.com, indicating the problem, and we will contact you to determine how best to resolve the situation with the manufacturer.
Our manufacturers will repair or replace defective equipment per their respective product warranty. If they opt to repair or replace your equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at the manufacturing facility prior to sending out a replacement product.
Pilates Equipment Return Policy
All Pilates equipment sold by CASA Pilates Equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components and carrying the best warranties in the industry. As many products are made-to-order, reformers and large equipment may not be canceled or returned for refund. In case of shipping delays, it may be possible to change your order to a different product.
Unless covered by warranty, these products are not returnable:
- Custom products: any product ordered with custom upholstery or equipment configuration.
- Equipment: reformers, trapeze and mat tables, reformer/trapeze combinations, reformers with towers, wall units, chairs, and ladder barrels.
- Non-equipment products: springs, mat conversions, wall tower mats.
- DVDs: opened DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for an identical replacement.
