As most products are made-to-order, equipment purchased from casapilatesequipment.com may not be returned for refund.

Please contact us immediately of any damage and warranty claims! The shipping companies and manufacturers require any claims to be submitted within 24 hours after delivery.

Damage & Warranty Claims

To file a shipping damage or warranty claim, please email us at support@casapilatesequipment.com, indicating the problem, and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further and determine how best to resolve the situation.

The equipment manufacturers will repair or replace defective equipment per the product warranty. When they opt to repair or replace your equipment, it may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at the  manufacturing facility prior to sending out replacement products or parts.

Clearly marked discounted Demo items may have been gently used as showroom demos, at trade fairs, returned unused, or discontinued. While they have been  inspected for perfect performance, fully functional, they may have slight blemishes or minor imperfections.
