    Designed and manufactured in the United States, the Peak PIlates stability chair comes in baltic birch with black upholstery.

    The split pedal challenges balance, choreography and adds an element of functionality. Handles are adjustable to accommodate different heights, and removable to allow space for Low chair exercises.  

    The handles and brackets on the Peak Pilates Split Pedal Low Chair offer expanded exercise options, allowing one to do much of the High Chair repertoire and offering support and increased safety while doing Low Chair exercises.

    Equipment with custom upholstery is made-to-order with minimum production times of 90 days, followed by the shipping time from manufacturers to their U.S. warehouses.

    Pilates equipment manufacturers are strongly affected by production delays due to supply chain disruptions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. CASA Pilates, our suppliers, and/or our logistics carrier partners cannot be held responsible for or make compensation for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include shipping company delays, customs or border clearance delays, inclement weather, and natural disasters.

    Shipping Payment Terms

    Shipping is paid at time of order at the price displayed and charged at order checkout. Should any charges accrue following issuance of invoice and payment by Buyer, Buyer agrees that such charges, are immediately due and payable by Buyer unless CASA Pilates Equipment has agreed in writing to other terms. For shipments to destinations other than in the United States, Buyer is solely responsible for payment of any and all shipping, freight and delivery charges, sales taxes, import fees and duties, value added taxes and any other charge incident to Buyer’s receipt of our products. 

     

    Freight Shipment Policy

    Within the Continental U.S. & Canada

    Standard delivery for Pilates equipment is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

    Our separate Pilates Equipment Unpacking and Assembly Service is offered in most markets in the continental U.S. We will schedule the technicians for this optional service as soon as you notified us that you received your equipment. Please email us at assembly@casapilatesequipment.com.

    Large equipment is shipped by either air or ground via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box and secured to a wooden skid.

    Curbside delivery is a lift gate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.

    The customer is responsible for coordinating the delivery with the shipper. Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges.

    If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee and storage fees might apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.

    To avoid these additional costs, please let us know at time of order and prior to shipping if you are unable to accept your delivery during specific dates.

    Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions, i.e. narrow passageways will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote may be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.

    While this is our typical service level, each level can be customized to create a home delivery solution that meets your needs. The shippers are not Pilates technicians; they are not qualified to assemble your new apparatus.

    International and Overseas Shipments

    Published shipping charges apply to deliveries in the continental U.S. only. Please contact us for a shipping quote for all other locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases outside the U.S.

    Standard quoted shipping options include Ocean Freight to nearest port or Air Freight to nearest airport. Door-to-door delivery is usually available for your order. Please contact us for details and charges at shipping@casapilatesequipment.com.

    Local Customs & Duties Outside Canada & USA

    Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the buyer is receiving the goods.     Your Obligations at Delivery

    UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AND NOTE ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE OUTER BOX/SKID ON THE CARRIER'S WAYBILL PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.

    If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.

    WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR ORDER THAT IS NOT REPORTED AND NOTED ON THE WAYBILL.

    Curbside Delivery

    If you have paid for Curbside Delivery:

    • You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.
    • The driver will deliver your shipment as close to your building as possible with the delivery truck.

    Premier Delivery

    If you have paid for Premier Delivery (available in the U.S. only):

    • You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.
    • The driver will come prepared to unpack your shipment, carry it inside, and leave it in the room of your choice.
    • The driver will take away the packaging materials.
    • Additional charges apply for stairs, extra waiting time and unsuccessful attempts to deliver.

    Acceptance of Shipment

  • Before accepting delivery, inspect the waybill to be sure that all packages noted on the waybill have been delivered to you.
  • Carefully inspect all packaging or crating.
  • If there is any visible damage, note it on the waybill. If you or your representative fail to note the damage on the waybill, we cannot ensure payment of a freight claim for a damaged shipment.
  • IMPORTANT: Please use care when opening your freight. Box cutters should not be used due to potential damage to upholstered parts on your equipment
  • When you unpack your order, look for dents, chips, tears, or scratches in the wood or metal of the equipment. Look at all sides of the equipment, including the bottom. Ensure that you have all equipment components such as ropes, risers, loops, shoulder rests and other small items. Check what you received against the packing list.
  • If any product is damaged, contact our Customer Service within 24 hours with a description and photographs of the damage. Failure to do so may hinder or invalidate your claim for reimbursement or replacement.

    Warranty & Damage Claims

    Acceptance and Returns. Each shipment shall be deemed accepted by Buyer upon Buyer’s receipt thereof. We will mediate your claims for repair or replacement with the equipment manufacturer, including any non-returnable item, delivered to Buyer in damaged condition, provided that Buyer reports such damage within 24 hours of delivery and further provided that Buyer follow the manufacturer's claims procedures.

    ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT OR MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ONE (1) DAY OF RECEIPT.

    If your product is missing parts, defective, or damaged during transport, email CASA Pilates at support@casapilatesequipment.com, indicating the problem, and we will contact you to determine how best to resolve the situation with the manufacturer.

    Our manufacturers will repair or replace defective equipment per their respective  product warranty. If they opt to repair or replace your equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at the manufacturing facility prior to sending out a replacement product.

     

    Pilates Equipment Return Policy

    All Pilates equipment sold by CASA Pilates Equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components and carrying the best warranties in the industry. As many products are made-to-order, reformers and large equipment may not be canceled or returned for refund. In case of shipping delays, it may be possible to change your order to a different product.

    Non-Returnable Products

    Unless covered by warranty, these products are not returnable:

    • Custom products: any product ordered with custom upholstery or equipment configuration.
    • Equipment: reformers, trapeze and mat tables, reformer/trapeze combinations, reformers with towers, wall units, chairs, and ladder barrels.
    • Non-equipment products: springs, mat conversions, wall tower mats.
    • DVDs: opened DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for an identical replacement.

    While equipment remains in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated

    If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.

    If upgrades are made as required by the Company

    This warranty shall be null and void if:

    All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed

    The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls

    An At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public

    The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company

    Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wall Board, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

    At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.

    Commercial Reformer

    Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

    At Home Reformer

    This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.

    We offer the following limited warranty. It is our only warranty and voids all other warranties, either expressed or implied. This warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends to the time limits expressed in this document. Any parts that are repaired or replaced under this warranty agreement will follow the original warranty period.

    We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. If you have a defected product that you believe is covered in this warranty, it is important to follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts that conform to the warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of BASI Systems in accordance with the following:

    The repair or replacement is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.

    The part has been used only for the intended purpose, and the safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines have been followed.

    The defect is not due to wear and tear, scratches, tears or stains to fabric, misuse, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised repair or failure to comply with instructions

    The defect is not due to exposure to cosmetic oils or chemicals, harsh chemicals, bleach, exposure to industrial fallout, chemical fallout, tree sap, sand, mud, salt or abrasive natural or chemical causes.

    The defect is not due to submergence of a part in water, indoor flooding or fire damage.

    The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is demonstrated. The warranty is not transferable.

    The claim is made within the proper warranty period.

    Ten Year Warranty

    Offered for the frame and structural components for barrels (Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector), chairs (Wunda Chair, F2 Chair), wall system products (Wall Unit, Wall Tower, Ped-A-Pul) and Reformer gearbar and footbar mechanisms.

    Two Year Warranty

    Offered for springs and mechanical components.

    Ninety Day Warranty

    Offered for upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops. This does not cover wear-and-tear, stains, indentations, scratches or defects arising from abuse or use of harsh chemical cleansers. If the identical fabric is unavailable, an equivalent will be provided.

    Limitation of Liability

      • Goods delivered are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. Main frame has life-warranty. Sportline Pilates shall repair or replace any unit or product or part of such product that proves to be defective within the warranty time period. Company will replace worn out parts & distressed upholstery within the warranty time frame.
      • It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice the company will be able to contact you immediately. Company may reach out if product upgrades are required.
      • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Missing parts fall under warranty. A claim that the order is missing parts must be made within 5 (five) business days of delivery. The warranty applied while equipment remains in the possession of the original owner with a receipt including purchase date.
      • Owners product will be considered null and void from the warranty terms and conditions if the user doesn’t follow maintenance and safety guidelines. This warranty does not apply to user errors. If the equipment is used outdoors, experiences weather damage, improper use, abuse, improper storage conditions, and unforeseen damage. Warranty does not cover possible shipping charges, and/or customs fees.

    BALANCED BODY INC. 

    Limited Warranties and Exclusions

    Balanced Body warrants and represents that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product. This warranty extends only to the original Buyer. At Balanced Body’s sole option, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by the foregoing warranty. Any return of products to us pursuant to the foregoing warranty are sometimes referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Sale as a “Warranty Return.” In order to make a Warranty Return, you must follow the Warranty Return Procedure below.

    Pilates equipment manufacturers are strongly affected by production delays due to supply chain disruptions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. CASA Pilates, our suppliers, and/or our logistics carrier partners cannot be held responsible for or make compensation for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include shipping company delays, customs or border clearance delays, inclement weather, and natural disasters.

    Shipping Payment Terms

    Shipping is paid at time of order at the price displayed and charged at order checkout. Should any charges accrue following issuance of invoice and payment by Buyer, Buyer agrees that such charges, are immediately due and payable by Buyer unless CASA Pilates Equipment has agreed in writing to other terms. For shipments to destinations other than in the United States, Buyer is solely responsible for payment of any and all shipping, freight and delivery charges, sales taxes, import fees and duties, value added taxes and any other charge incident to Buyer’s receipt of our products. 

     

    Freight Shipment Policy

    Within the Continental U.S. & Canada

    Standard delivery for Pilates equipment is curbside - as close to your entrance or garage as possible.

    Our separate Pilates Equipment Unpacking and Assembly Service is offered in most markets in the continental U.S. We will schedule the technicians for this optional service as soon as you notified us that you received your equipment. Please email us at assembly@casapilatesequipment.com.

    Large equipment is shipped by either air or ground via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box and secured to a wooden skid.

    Curbside delivery is a lift gate service, delivered to curbside as close to your building as possible. You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck. It is recommended that two people are available to assist with unpacking and carrying into the premises. You are responsible for unpacking, installation and disposal of packaging materials.

    The customer is responsible for coordinating the delivery with the shipper. Delivery prices quotes include one scheduled delivery attempt. The carrier will call you to schedule your delivery. Delivery is generally done during regular business hours. If available, after hours or weekend deliveries will be subject to additional charges.

    If the carrier attempts to make the delivery at the appointed time and you are not present, a redelivery fee and storage fees might apply. Fees and policies vary from carrier to carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.

    To avoid these additional costs, please let us know at time of order and prior to shipping if you are unable to accept your delivery during specific dates.

    Additional charges for stairs and unusual conditions, i.e. narrow passageways will apply. Please make us aware in advance and the freight quote may be adjusted accordingly. If you delay your delivery or must postpone your delivery after scheduling it with the carrier, storage fees may apply. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may cause your delivery to be rescheduled.

    While this is our typical service level, each level can be customized to create a home delivery solution that meets your needs. The shippers are not Pilates technicians; they are not qualified to assemble your new apparatus.

    International and Overseas Shipments

    Published shipping charges apply to deliveries in the continental U.S. only. Please contact us for a shipping quote for all other locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military bases outside the U.S.

    Standard quoted shipping options include Ocean Freight to nearest port or Air Freight to nearest airport. Door-to-door delivery is usually available for your order. Please contact us for details and charges at shipping@casapilatesequipment.com.

    Local Customs & Duties Outside Canada & USA

    Unless prearranged, buyer will subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the buyer is receiving the goods.     Your Obligations at Delivery

    UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AND NOTE ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE TO THE OUTER BOX/SKID ON THE CARRIER'S WAYBILL PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR RECEIPT OF THE ORDER.

    If you appoint someone to sign for your order on your behalf, please ensure that they are aware of this requirement and are over 18 years of age.

    WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR ORDER THAT IS NOT REPORTED AND NOTED ON THE WAYBILL.

    Curbside Delivery

    If you have paid for Curbside Delivery:

    • You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.
    • The driver will deliver your shipment as close to your building as possible with the delivery truck.

    Premier Delivery

    If you have paid for Premier Delivery (available in the U.S. only):

    • You do not need to assist the driver in removing the equipment from the truck.
    • The driver will come prepared to unpack your shipment, carry it inside, and leave it in the room of your choice.
    • The driver will take away the packaging materials.
    • Additional charges apply for stairs, extra waiting time and unsuccessful attempts to deliver.

    Acceptance of Shipment

  • Before accepting delivery, inspect the waybill to be sure that all packages noted on the waybill have been delivered to you.
  • Carefully inspect all packaging or crating.
  • If there is any visible damage, note it on the waybill. If you or your representative fail to note the damage on the waybill, we cannot ensure payment of a freight claim for a damaged shipment.
  • IMPORTANT: Please use care when opening your freight. Box cutters should not be used due to potential damage to upholstered parts on your equipment
  • When you unpack your order, look for dents, chips, tears, or scratches in the wood or metal of the equipment. Look at all sides of the equipment, including the bottom. Ensure that you have all equipment components such as ropes, risers, loops, shoulder rests and other small items. Check what you received against the packing list.
  • If any product is damaged, contact our Customer Service within 24 hours with a description and photographs of the damage. Failure to do so may hinder or invalidate your claim for reimbursement or replacement.

    Warranty & Damage Claims

    Acceptance and Returns. Each shipment shall be deemed accepted by Buyer upon Buyer’s receipt thereof. We will mediate your claims for repair or replacement with the equipment manufacturer, including any non-returnable item, delivered to Buyer in damaged condition, provided that Buyer reports such damage within 24 hours of delivery and further provided that Buyer follow the manufacturer's claims procedures.

    ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT OR MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN ONE (1) DAY OF RECEIPT.

    If your product is missing parts, defective, or damaged during transport, email CASA Pilates at support@casapilatesequipment.com, indicating the problem, and we will contact you to determine how best to resolve the situation with the manufacturer.

    Our manufacturers will repair or replace defective equipment per their respective  product warranty. If they opt to repair or replace your equipment, this may require that your product be returned for inspection and analysis at the manufacturing facility prior to sending out a replacement product.

     

    Pilates Equipment Return Policy

    All Pilates equipment sold by CASA Pilates Equipment is manufactured with the utmost care, using the highest quality components and carrying the best warranties in the industry. As many products are made-to-order, reformers and large equipment may not be canceled or returned for refund. In case of shipping delays, it may be possible to change your order to a different product.

    Non-Returnable Products

    Unless covered by warranty, these products are not returnable:

    • Custom products: any product ordered with custom upholstery or equipment configuration.
    • Equipment: reformers, trapeze and mat tables, reformer/trapeze combinations, reformers with towers, wall units, chairs, and ladder barrels.
    • Non-equipment products: springs, mat conversions, wall tower mats.
    • DVDs: opened DVDs are not returnable unless defective. Defective DVDs may be exchanged for an identical replacement.

    While equipment remains in the possession of original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated

    If claims are made within the part-specific warranty period.

    If upgrades are made as required by the Company

    This warranty shall be null and void if:

    All safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines as specified in the appropriate equipment manuals are not followed

    The equipment is used for any other purpose other than as intended, or is stored or used outdoors, or in environments without adequate climate/humidity controls

    An At Home Reformer is used in Pilates studios, fitness or health clubs, gyms, spas, or any other type of commercial fitness facility offering fitness services to the public

    The equipment has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or any modification not authorized by the Company

    Failure to change springs on spring-loaded equipment (Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Towers, Wall Units, Wall Board, etc.) every two (2) years may void this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of any equipment nor shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable), or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

    At its option, the Company will repair or replace warranted parts, provided that any such failure is due to a defect in workmanship or materials and provided that such failure occurs and is reported to the Company within the part-specific warranty period.

    Commercial Reformer

    Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, components of the frame and related welding and Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

    This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.

    We offer the following limited warranty. It is our only warranty and voids all other warranties, either expressed or implied. This warranty becomes effective on the invoice date of the original purchase and extends to the time limits expressed in this document. Any parts that are repaired or replaced under this warranty agreement will follow the original warranty period.

    We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. If you have a defected product that you believe is covered in this warranty, it is important to follow the proper return procedure. Defective parts that conform to the warranty guidelines will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the sole discretion of BASI Systems in accordance with the following:

    The repair or replacement is due to a manufacturing or materials defect.

    The part has been used only for the intended purpose, and the safety, usage, and maintenance guidelines have been followed.

    The defect is not due to wear and tear, scratches, tears or stains to fabric, misuse, unauthorised modifications, unauthorised repair or failure to comply with instructions

    The defect is not due to exposure to cosmetic oils or chemicals, harsh chemicals, bleach, exposure to industrial fallout, chemical fallout, tree sap, sand, mud, salt or abrasive natural or chemical causes.

    The defect is not due to submergence of a part in water, indoor flooding or fire damage.

    The part is owned by the original retail purchaser, and proof of purchase is demonstrated. The warranty is not transferable.

    The claim is made within the proper warranty period.

    Ten Year Warranty

    Offered for the frame and structural components for barrels (Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector), chairs (Wunda Chair, F2 Chair), wall system products (Wall Unit, Wall Tower, Ped-A-Pul) and Reformer gearbar and footbar mechanisms.

    Two Year Warranty

    Offered for springs and mechanical components.

    Ninety Day Warranty

    Offered for upholstered parts, ropes, straps, and loops. This does not cover wear-and-tear, stains, indentations, scratches or defects arising from abuse or use of harsh chemical cleansers. If the identical fabric is unavailable, an equivalent will be provided.

    Limitation of Liability

Sportline Pilates shall repair or replace any unit or product or part of such product that proves to be defective within the warranty time period. Company will replace worn out parts & distressed upholstery within the warranty time frame.
      • It is the purchaser's responsibility to notify the Company of any change of contact information. This will ensure that in the unlikely event of a replacement or safety notice the company will be able to contact you immediately. Company may reach out if product upgrades are required.
      • Please inspect your order upon delivery. Missing parts fall under warranty. A claim that the order is missing parts must be made within 5 (five) business days of delivery. The warranty applied while equipment remains in the possession of the original owner with a receipt including purchase date.
      • Owners product will be considered null and void from the warranty terms and conditions if the user doesn’t follow maintenance and safety guidelines. This warranty does not apply to user errors. If the equipment is used outdoors, experiences weather damage, improper use, abuse, improper storage conditions, and unforeseen damage. Warranty does not cover possible shipping charges, and/or customs fees.

    Balanced Body warrants and represents that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product. This warranty extends only to the original Buyer. At Balanced Body’s sole option, we will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by the foregoing warranty. Any return of products to us pursuant to the foregoing warranty are sometimes referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Sale as a “Warranty Return.” In order to make a Warranty Return, you must follow the Warranty Return Procedure below.

    Limited Warranties

    • Lifetime Warranty
      • Standard wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A standard frame is defined as a frame that has not been modified or altered from its original specifications by Balanced Body. 
    • 10 Years from date of Invoice
      • Allegro® Reformer frames and footbars, Ladder Barrels, Step Barrels, Wunda Chairs, Combo Chairs, Arm Chairs, Wall Towers, Ped-o-Pull, Springboards, Towers and Foot Correctors. See exclusions below. 
    • 5 Years from date of Invoice
      • Rialto™ Reformer, CoreAlign®, Orbit™, EXO® Chair, Pilates Sport® Reformer and Begin Chair®. See exclusions below. 
    • 3 Year Warranty
      • Custom wood frames on all Reformers, Trapeze Tables and Reformer-Trapeze Combinations. A custom frame is defined as a frame that has been modified or altered from its standard specifications.
    • 2 Years from date of Invoice
      • Pilates IQ® Reformer (for non-commercial use), and moving parts are limited warranty to 2 Years from date of Invoice. Balanced Body Signature Springs™ are also limited warranty to 2 years from date of invoice, or after 3,000 hours of usage (whichever comes first).
    • 1 Year from date of Invoice
      • Wood storage furniture, rotator discs, oversized standing platforms, BAC disc set, Spring Circle, Flex Ring Toner®, Balanced Board, Pilates Arc™, Arc Lite™, CoreFitnessRoller®, MOTR®, Bodhi Suspension System®, Konnector®, Konnector® Lite, Oov and Sitting Box Lite. 
    • 90 Day Warranty
      • Ultra-Fit Circle® and Slastix™.
